Return & Exchange Policy

At SewUByMe, we take pride in crafting unique, handmade handbags designed for women who like to make a statement. Because each handbag is carefully made by hand and personalized for quality and individuality, we have a specific return policy to ensure customer satisfaction while respecting the craftsmanship involved. Handmade handbags can be returned within 14 days of receipt if they are unused, in original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging and receipt. Returns must be initiated by contacting our customer service team via email to obtain a return authorization. Please note that due to the bespoke nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for handbags that have been customized or personalized unless there is a defect or error on our part. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. Once the returned handbag is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed promptly.
